16, 17 and 18 are various coach yard offices and supply (dining, sleeping, etc) buildings.

13 is the roundhouse office, engineman's crew clerk and enginemen's locker room.

11, is as stated the hoist track.

The yard in 11 is the "New Yard", but the tracks were called New York three, four, etc. These hold inbound traffic mostly, one track for San Francisco, one for Espee interchange, one for the Richmond-Oakley turn, etc. This yard was worked from both ends with ladder tracks at each. The West switcher also ran to Ferry point and loaded and unloaded barges.

14 is the power house for for the entire complex. The others I don't remember.
