It took forever last time for the stimulus check to arrive..... But, as of right now, you might be getting nothing...

Veto? Or, at least another one of those weird rambling tweets, complaining about it, and threatening to veto it... And, if he does it may also cause a government shutdown...

This bill also reportedly contained some kind of amorphous funding for "transit", but what that means, for what or why, I have not idea. I am still looking to see if there was any funding to "fix" the current Amtrak LD service cuts.

Suck or doesn't suck (seems like plenty sucks in this bill...a "compromise" where much was "compromised"...welcome to the ugly less idealistic realities of political life), it did pass like 92 to 4, when I saw the Senate vote on CSPAN last night...
