It seemed a bit pricey for an overpass, even by today's CAHSRA and Alameda East eye popping costs. So it would be nice to see what that price includes? Is this including taking care of costs associated with the normal negotiations, and a not unfamiliar "story" of woe, to jack up the any price for a property taking, or lawsuits over any purported damages.
