Here's an industry, maybe two, at Ferry Point. The large building on the water used to have a track along the waterside with a trestle approach but that track was gone by 1965, and in this 1974 aerial from the USGS even the trestle bents are gone. Sometime between 1965 and 1974 an industry moved in, added a few new tracks, and added several tanks to the site.
