Another area south of the wye had an industrial support yard (name?) and a few industries off of it. Seen here.

One obscure thing to note in this picture--the Oakland District only connects to the east leg of the wye. Whereas in 1965 it formed a tail of the wye, connecting to both legs of the wye. The lead to the Inner Port of Richmond is now the tail of the wye in 1974, as seen below.
