13 was and still is I believe, a facility which canned motor oil. The track next to the water is the "Sugar Dock". For some reason, I don't know why, C&H Sugar had a boat which came down daily from their facility in Crocket to this dock on the inner harbor, and transloaded refined sugar to Santa Fe cars. Since C&H was served directly by the SP, I don't know why they felt the need to support this operation. A very fine gentleman by the name of George Hashimoto was the Sugar Dock clerk for many years.
Number 12 is in fact the piggyback ramp after they moved from Oakland and before the move over to where the coach yard was. This is now the auto facility. As for the drywall dump track, I always thought it was from Bay Area construction, but you very well may be correct. This was, and may still be, a very active Santa Fe customer of inbound loads.
