Another thing, idiot, the Santa Fe was the first railroad to order EMC/EMD freight diesels (FT sets) in 1940, due to the lack of good water for their steam locomotives across the desert southwest. Reportedly, one out of ever 10 trains was carrying tank cars full of water to replenish the steam locomotive water towers.
