Agree that the OP was either trolling a mostly West Coast board (so we would think LA) or was out of it otherwise. Yes, it's the St Louis Metrolink light rail in the article. NOT the LA Metrolink or anything ancient about BNSF freight locomotives. As far as Illinois is concerned, St Louis' Metrolink crosses the Mississippi on a historic bridge to serve E. St Louis, IL. No not-so-sure about it.
