You forgot the most important group of all: public transportation customers. This is not a “late Xmas” for anyone. It’s a needed action to continue basic mobility services for people who do not have other transportation options. The federal Aid is not just for SMART and Golden Gate Transit. It’s for ALL transit systems in the United States.
