Enduring Mysteries of the Vanished WP Oakland Stuff

Western Pacific...so many interesting facets, so many tracks, all gone mostly. I was curious if any of you could identify some of the interesting tracks seen in these parts of a 1965 aerial photo from UCSB's Special Collections at the Frame Finder website.

In this photo are several tracks around the present day Amtrak Kirkham St. yard. See photo for questions.

In this next photo is a building that today is still there today on the south side of the Adeline St. overpass. I was curious what the yellow and red tracks were. I know the green one and the blue one.
