You won't--that's the beauty of it.

Museums nickel and dime taxpayers a bit at a time through TEA-21 and the other DOT enhancement grant flavors of the month, then ultimately go out of business.

That bridge will last a long time. Here's hoping it gives you heartburn every time you see it...
