First, the present configuration of Empire isn't quite 15 years old, and second, when it was changed to 2MT, the speed was 60 for quite a while, for the turnouts at both ends. The same is true for Oakley, Bixler, Trull, Holt, Lopez, and anywhere else you get yellow/flashing green and the turnout is only 50. And yes, they should change it to yellow/green.
