UP 4014 vs. C&O 1309... who would win?

After seeing some videos of WMSR’s C&O 1309 making its first test runs, I wonder how it would compare to 4014 in terms of pulling power. The UP steam manager never really load tested the Big Boy, so I have no idea. I imagine Big Boy would pull more, unless the burner design really sucks.
