You wouldn’t be able to get sponsors today for a 1976-style American Freedom Train. No sir. Political sensitivities have shifted away from celebrating the founding fathers, the constitution, and the freedoms we enjoy (expression, religion, commerce, and more).

You would, however, be able to get sponsors for a “Social Equality” train. Sponsors would fall all over themselves to buy in and signal how virtuous they are. The social equality train would include “conversations” about how free enterprise favors certain races, how Thomas Jefferson was a bad man, how our history needs to be revised, and how wealth needs to be redistributed to the oppressed. Yep, the times are a-changing.
