I believe you have Canby confused with Pulp...there was a track relocation away from the river as well as a track that paralleled the relocated main line. OPR purchased and removed the "old main" from the EsPee and the 112 pound rail is now incorporated in the Molalla Branch between Mulino Road and the Milk Creek bridge.
Only change at Canby was removal of the north (east) switch and a couple of industry tracks at the south end. OPR is removing the crossing on the north leg of the wye and EsPee already removed the turnout.
