10.25% is not a "perceived high tax", it is a REAL tax rate burden for small business owners trying to compete for business. A tax collected on the backs of the "one paycheck away" folks trying to survive- the tax money to be flushed away by the city for the pension pit, not make the city better.

Both the pension law and tax rate law NEVER sunset.

The tipping point is finally taking shape. Roll on!
