Colorado Pacific responded to the filing to lease the route to Colorado, Midland, and Pacific

Pretty interesting reading, I learned a lot (among other things)about what the whole "notice of exemption" process is all about. Interesting details on operations, interchange, trackage rights etc., and they address that confusing bit about how annual revenues couldn't possibly be below 5 million unless it is all a sham by UP
