Weapons restrictions in NORAC teretory

I am familiar with Rule 1.12 in GCOR territory

"1.12 Weapons
While on duty or on railroad property, employees must not have
firearms or other deadly weapons, including knives with a blade longer
than 3 inches. However, railroad police are authorized to possess
firearms in the course of their work."

NORAC does not appear to have a similar rule. So how do railroads covered by NORAC handle
weapons restrictions?
