Be happy it was "stolen" and posted for the many pennies-a-day eyes that gave your image more views than you would get on your own!

The "host" can't be sued (except by the feds for illegal activity (see Hunter Moore case).

Good luck showing a court your "damage" to ye pocket book! (and you better have your business permit and a 1099).
