He never has any real point. Excetp that "evil" Thomas must be stopped, be it evil BART, evil NWP, evil SMART... The vast rail conspiracy that secretly controls the world are allowing these evil trains to run amok.... Maybe, he heard about this vast rail conspiracy from the space aliens that start all of the forest fires with their secret space laser beams...? Or maybe not, but he has been warning us all for years of this insidious peril from these dastardly trains...

Not that this isn't a complete taxpayer boondoggle and fiasco, but fixing the mess, has never been as important to Mouse as stopping evel Thomas and the other evil trains from doing evil train deeds....
