A lot of this could have been avoided if CAHSR had proceeded down a west of I-5 alignment in the Valley. Problem with that for the good ol' boys with that is you end up "au seuil" of Tejon-Grapevine.
And we end up with Gilroy Area Rapid Transit, Fresno Area Rapid Transit, and most importantly Palmdale Area Rapid Transit. But miracle of miracles standard gauge OHC. Be thankful for that.
