New York Central diner "Lion Gardiner," which narrowly evaded the torch back in 2015.
Is that correct? It says it is in Ohio......
Yes, it is in Ohio, on stands in extremely poor condition. One of the worst heavyweights I have seen as far as rust goes. I can't see it being worth it for anyone to try and restore this car, sadly.
Overall, the prices are all still way too high for all this equipment. I will wait patiently for the fire sale.

Ironically, it would be an actual fire sale in this case as the LG was burned by vandals when it was on the CMRR, that is where a lot of the rust comes from. Hopefully CRR will wait for the fire sale also, it is the last remaining NYC heavyweight diner.
