as long as the current board treats the
system, as an extension of their social
experimentation, the riders who can afford not to mix with the undesirables
will choose to do so, throw in the welfare agencies of SF, Alameda & Contra Costa choosing the ghetto gauge as their premier choice of free transportation for all their dregs, and no one in their
right mind rides this pos anymore
