Yep, railbanking is just easier, as it opens up a real "can of worms", and allow for these folks to have their trail... This is why there is a "transportation use" (the Metrolink facilities) at bottom end of where old Taylor "C" Yard was, as part of that portion came from the old "Taylor" Mill easement, to build the original part of the yard next to where the mill was once located.
