The Senate Chairs seem to want to take away the "blank check" for the "runaway money train" and make them come back to the California State Legislature and Governor to approve their budget and priorities, and start budgeting dirctly under statute for the commitments to things like LAUS run through, and any future use of State match to any potential new Federal monies....

This actual "oversight" of the CAHSRA's taxpayer funded "blank check" (Prop1A forces us be incompetent....)wouldn't hurt, and would help with setting real priorities, for things we "need" like the Del Mar bluffs project.

They have beat them up for not being able to explain how this comes together financially, complete the fiasco in the Valley, and not end up raiding the remaining their commitments to things like Union Station.

LA Metro just dissed this oozing mess.... She's now going after Kelly for the LAUS money commitment. It's war....

Kelly kept interrupting and cutting off the Chairs and Members... I'd have fired my staff for that behavior....
