Can you help with a location?

Dick Tracy vs. Cueball (RKO 1946)

In the final 10 minutes of the film, Tracy chases Cueball through a yard where they -

1) Leap from a wood walking bridge over the yard to the top of a tied-down SP box string (picture below)

2) Cueball gets his foot stuck in a switch and is mooshed by a ATSF passenger highball

Was this the walking bridge in Taylor yard?

I could not find the location in a web search.
