Deregulation of RR, truck, and airline competition and pricing was good for consumers... But, of course, it was Carter who actually did that... Safety deregulation, financial deregulation, fiduciary deregulation, deregulation of mergers and anti-trust, not so good for consumers, employees, shippers, or folks like those Boeing passengers, who were used as "human sacifices" by senor Boeing executives, so they would continue to get their quarterly earnings bonuses....
