You can read about all the export container loads sitting in U.S. Ports due to various factors, including Steamship Lines wanting to haul higher paying Import Loads, and not delay ships with the burden of loading Export cans ( and empties too ). Lotsa export loads sitting on the ground for several weeks now at Port of Tacoma.
