Their real motive is based on the pie-in-the-sky notion that a market for freight service via rail at this location will return. In the meantime, they forecast pie-in-the-sky passenger and excursion service...

Go for it Transdeaf! Leave the deteriorating physical plant in place for years--it's very beneficial for surrounding property values.
