Maybe, fact that the DOT and WH has not jumped "on-board" this "runaway money train" project, despite certain considerable political pressures, might just be because of Phil...?

The next phase of this is what will happen in Congress.... And, I'm sure we will hear plenty more squealing, as they skin the hogs to make this pork into sausage.... So, I'm certain that there will be plenty more of this for you to squeal at me about, on AP....
