6-6 tie, and they turned down doing an environmental study.

Not officially ended, but looks bleak.

Half a billion dollars for a joyride is a waste. The town is too small for a commuter rail line. Trolley also iffy. Buses are better suited for the demand. If SC was rapidly growing there might be demand in 20 years, but it isn't and the land isn't available or zoned for anything close to the growth needed.
