NYC had a few, and of course Milwaukee Road's Sky Top Obs too. Other lightweight obs with blunt ends ( PRR, U.P., Santa Fe ) had vertical windows on either side of a large vertical window end door. In the heavyweight era there were several different BIG rear window set - up's, and the half - open obs cars on CP ( ? ).
