I believe that car belonged to a senior manager at ARG. ARG was the lessee who ran the railroad when it reopened under the ownership of the Port of Coos Bay. It has a broken spring in one of its trucks which stopped them from getting it track worthy.
I hope to see you and Elisabeth on one of the Coos Bay runs this year.
