We had a major storm last week that dropped 1.5” of rain in Aptos. I was in a class that morning at the RTC with one of the SC&MB’s engineers and Iowa Pacific’s VP of Engineering and Chief Engineer who was the instructor. Several members of the GGRM were there too. The rain was pounding on the skylights in the RTC conference room and the lightning lighted the room brightly and the thunder shook the building.
