I wonder what the cost per mile comparison for this Brightline segment versus the CAHSRA fiasco being built in the Valley is....?

This shows some interesting and complicated structural fits..... Most of the line looks like they used the KISS method of RR design, to avoid extravagant costs...

The CAHSRA was apparently designed to only have the most costly and complicated structural fits in the Valley, even where you are in open country, for no discerable operational reasoning...
