I do not consider HART light rail as it is 3rd rail current collection, driverless, and totally grade separated and cannot be operated without modifications on the street.

It should be considered "heavy" metro or subway like its namesake BART. Of course it is not either real heavy AAR rail like Caltrain or Metrolink.
