Reimagine if Brightline was building the CAHSRA segment Wasco Chowchilla for Amtrak

To anyone's knowledge, has a freight rail second-use alternative been thought about by the route designers?

-The Chowchilla-Wasco HSR test track will really be used to get the San Joaquin Amtrak trains off of BNSF track.

in a place like Cali,

-What does a Colombian city have to do with this thread about California High Speed Rail ?
