So with Roaring Camp/Santa Cruz Big Trees and Pacific Railway taking over Progressives contract, what's next for the branch line?
The washout is being repaired, but Howard Cohen reports that repair work is needed for the Capitola and Seascape bridges, which are still a few years out. The line between Wilders Ranch and Davenport is in need of serious TLC for any sort of rail activity.
Exciting times for sure!
