BNSF crosses Skykomish River several times, including at Money Creek Campground West of Sky. The bridge shown in the 1st message is at Deception Creek Falls, East of Skykomish. Unless one is totally deaf, they wound hear a train approaching Deception Falls and should be able to run off the bridge in either direction ( it's only 120 feet long ), IF they wanted to. The bridge at Money Creek is a 2 section through truss bridge; much longer & harder to get off of in a hurry.
