The Skunk Train runs the first few miles out of Ft. Bragg, short of the collapsed tunnel. There's also equipment at Willits if they want to run on that side. Although Roots of Motive Power has some money behind it, I'm sure it's not enough to get the line reopened. I'm sure you'll never see a rail connection to the outside world again.
