Your vote statistics need a space after the units place.
You concatenated the vote count & percentage, then wrote the % in parentheses.

Actual Yes votes were: 6,680,485
Yes votes were not: 6,680,48552 (52%)


Furthermore,
You point the finger at the 7% of ballots with invalid or non votes.

Why exclude the 3.5+ million registered voters who didn't even vote?
Or for that matter, exclude the 5.9+ million eligible voters who couldn't bother to register?
