So why not trains to make up for the pipeline?

Russians shut down the Colonial pipeline by hacking its computers. All sorts of things that should have been done to prevent it, but it's done, and per tonight's news the pipeline can't get restarted until the end of the week. Feds talking about adding 1000's of tank trucks to the road (where would they come from?). So why not a peep about tank trains?
