Yes, they are. These words are on UP's website, but they apparently aren't on the particular website page that you think is important. Here are the words:
BRIDGES
Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) Employee Network
Executive Sponsor: SVP Supply Chain
Established in 2013, BRIDGES works to attract, retain and develop the careers of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) employees at Union Pacific. The vision is to foster inclusion and acceptance of employees who identify as LGBT, as well as allies. BRIDGES events, networking, and education initiatives increase awareness and understanding regarding LGBT issues. Through training, coaching, and mentoring BRIDGES develops employees and creates leaders.
> Read the original link and state where it mentions anything about LGBT.
Who cares whether it's on the original link? It's on another website page.
> It’s not until another link on that page that takes you to a list of all the ERGs, of which there are many, that you see anything mentioned about Pride or gay people.
And? But thank you for making my case for me. You admit that UP mentions gay people on their website.
> But someone on “another forum” thinks the number represents gay people
Whether it does or does not is not all that important. What's important is that:
(1.) the rainbow colors are painted on the side of the locomotive
(2.) the word "BRIDGES" appears on the locomotive which makes reference to a sub-group of UP employees who are gay.
(3.) you incorrectly made a stupid statement that the locomotive did not celebrate gay people and only celebrated black people. Here's what you said:
This locomotive has NOTHING to do with LGBTQ. It’s for African Americans.
> and you see rainbow flags everywhere.
No, I don't. I see a locomotive with (1.) rainbow colors painted on the side of the locomotive and (2.) the word "BRIDGES" which appears on the locomotive which makes a reference to a sub-group of UP employees who are gay.
> You’re obsessed with finding it and it shows.
I found it. It's on their website and on the side of their locomotive. You're the one who seems to have trouble accepting that the locomotive celebrates gay people, as you earlier made the stupid statement that the locomotive only celebrated black people.
