I wonder why the CHP said it happened on Linne Rd. Reading the next line it says the sweeper was sweeping along MacArthur when it got trapped by the gates. So it sounds like it happened at the MacArthur crossing. I guess the sweeper ended up sitting on Linne Rd after being hit but it couldn't have happened on Linne Rd since the tracks the ACE travels on parallels Linne.
