Wow, put yourself down in the process. The 4014 is joke. It's too big of a locomotive for what it is being used for, and is never going to be operated like it was designed to operate. This is why its the world's largest tea pot, and why nobody else besides Ed Ed Eddy ever restored one. It was restored to fill someone's massive ego end of story. If this was not the case the 3985 would be out and running right now instead of retired along side the 6936, E units, and rotary. Might as well add the 844 to the list too since it won't be out for along time to come.

Go out and enjoy the tea pot being pushed around with the helpers doing 99.9% of the work on level track, if that floats your boat. Weather or not I have steam experience doesn't matter and something you know nothing about. I do know one thing for sure nobody with any steam experience is going to be out passing out over this locomotive thats a shell of what it was meant to be.
