Trespasser at Suisun

Disptacher 62 (Todd) just informed a Capitol Corridor train of a trespasser at Suisun with description and I'm almost certain he said MALE in thigh-high leggings, heels and tube top, making terroristic threats to the crew of the previous train that stopped there and to be careful when stopping there. Police have been called.
