It might be easier to say what it isn't and figure out the location by process of elimination. From what I see, it isn't anywhere in Oregon or on the Shasta or Siskiyou Lines. The sagebrush, the little ranchettes and the mountains in the distance give it a Nevada look. Since there are signals, it isn't on the Modoc. I'm stumped.
