1992 was also a dry year, on my 2nd visit to the US I drove under the railroad Bridge on a dry arm of the Shasta res. There was the remains of a disused and once submerged highway bridge of 30's design there.

The old Mill foundations were also visible at the New Melones res on hwy49.
