Nice deal there, UP.

Don't let the containers leave the property, while still charging the guy you won't let take it while you keep it away from him.

You can bet if it was the other way around and the railroad had to pay for every day they sat on the containers, UP would be moving heaven and earth to get those boxes off the stacks and out of the yard ASAP.
