As of yesterday no changes in rail budget. "Newsom, lawmakers reach agreement on spending tax windfall in $262.6-billion state budget"
"The plan also includes improving public transportation and encouraging more use of zero-emission vehicles along with $4.2 billion for the state’s high-speed rail project,"
As of today "President Biden announced a bipartisan deal that would provide $49 billion for public transit and $66 billion for freight and passenger rail."
